the hotel boasts immaculate premises. cleaning occurred day and night , it was excellent. staff members offered assistance in my native dutch , a thoughtful touch. tipping was never solicited , which i found really good in egypt.

i noticed hallway noise easily penetrates the rooms , specifically door slamming.

the hotel manager, haitham , was professional and helpful. staff members in the restaurants and bars were friendly. i particularly appreciated mahmoud and ramadan ali in alfredo , they were really kind.

the choice of food was diverse. the quality and diversity surpassed what i expect from an all-inclusive. i especially enjoyed culina for dinner. fresh juices and breakfast pastries were a delight.

the hotel was clean. i did appreciate that.

The music was always too loud. I needed quiet time. the hotel layout amplified sounds as i wanted to rest. also, i found very few vegetarian options. i was not able to eat properly and felt underserved.

They were the best! The amenities were well kept, and the activities were awesome. I thought this hotel was clean! I appreciated the spa wellness. I had a massage for a good price.

The music was loud. The base reverberated through the building! i needed rest after an illness and at times this was hard. the layout did not help avoid the animation team. i will not return to this hotel.

The room had a comfy bed and a balcony that caught the sun! The minibar included water, soft drinks and beer, replenished daily! The rooms were large and cleaned to a high standard.
